Floor sanding forum.

I m thinking about buying rather than. I ve been reading all these floor sanding posts for a long time now well i read almost all the posts on this forum. There s nothing in your posts that isn t relevant and worth saying. I will say there are floor sanders out there that aren t as good as others but that s the same with anything.

Hand sanding will open the pores up and blend the scratch patterns otherwise the sheen and colour can look different around the edge of the room as the wood will absorb the oil or finish differently. You will find fitters from your local area more than willing to help.

Just wanted to get some opinions on which sanding machines are best. Bona lagler kunzle tasin etc all claim to be the best but are they all essentially the same or is there one manufacturer that stands out. We have a 1 3 sheet sander and under the carpet are untreated pine floor boards. It s obvious you re not a troll.
